The Lost Villages Museum, located in
scenic Ault Park, invites visitors to discover the early riverside communities of the
St. Lawrence River before the flooding of the land caused by the construction of the
Seaway and Power project between 1954 and 1958. Arranged in a village-like setting, the
historic and heritage buildings offer a glimpse of what life was like before
1954.
