About Fulford Place

Visit Fulford Place, National Historic Site owned and operated by the Ontario Heritage Trust. This 35 room Edwardian mansion, designed by New York architect Albert W. Fuller and filled with original furnishings, evokes the opulent lifestyle of Canada's industrial elite at the turn of the last century. The Fulford Place Italianate-style gardens, originally landscaped by the prestigious Olmstead Bros. firm of landscape architects, were recently restored.

Learn about the Fulfords, and how the local family business, G.T. Fulford and Co., made them millionaires through the innovative global marketing of “Dr. Williams Pink Pills for Pale People”.
